We believe every child deserves good education, not just education.

V V CHARITABLE TRUST is a Public Registered Trust founded on 7th May 2009 to cater to the needs of the poor and promote the cause of education, medical relief, and other requirements of the downtrodden.

The trust has been involved in various activities with a dedicated group of volunteers to help families whose children are first-generation learners in the lower-income group.

Cuddalore School

We have adopted Sri Padaleeswarar Kalvi Kazhagam in Cuddalore School after the Disastrous deluge last Dec. 2015. As a result of devastating floods, the school was reduced to pathetic condition. Total no. of students studying in the School 450 Nos.

Most of these children are street children without any proper background and hardly any income either with a single parent or no parents.

As is the case, most of the parents are unable to pay even the lowest tuition fees. If the school doesn’t function these children only be wandering in the streets. With this kind of scenario, we feel it is very important to ensure these children get access at least to basic education.

Girl Students Empowerment

We have adopted 111 girl students studying in 6th Std. Govt. Girls High School in Ashok Nagar Chennai whose families monthly income is below Rs. 6000/-. We have plans of supporting them from 6th Std thru 12th Std.

Out of these 111 students, more than 75% of the students either with a single parent or no parents.

Our interest is not only to support the education but also to provide them the necessary medical relief along with important moral values. we have kept the criteria as – First generation learners, very poor background with least parenting support.

Infrastructure Enablement

VV Charitable trust is sponsoring a few aspects of constructing a computer lab in Govt. Girls High School in Ashok Nagar Chennai. In today's digital world, computers have become a basic need for every student.

We help realise their dreams by contributing towards procuring desktops, furniture and to maintaining the Computer lab.

Prema Vaasam

Prema Vaasam is the only home that takes care of a large number of special children along with normal children.
This integration develops a kind of sensitivity among the normal children to attend to the needs of the mentally challenged and differently-abled children.

Other Contributions

Computer Laboratory Setup

Our trust partnered with like-minded people, who very kindly donated all necessary equipment to set up a computer lab in Government Girl's High school Ashok Nagar.

RO Plant Setup

With the help of VV Trust, RO Plant was installed in Cuddalore School. Since the health of students in primary and safe drinking water supply plays a major role, the project was taken up and completed.

Teacher's Day Felicitations

Our trust enabled students of Govt. Girls High School to make their teachers feel special on Teacher’s Day. It was done with much fanfare.
