Lack of proper sanitation, water facilities and other infrastructure were the major causes for a large number of drop-outs and absentees, mostly among the girl children.
To tackle this, the trust took up immediately solving the following issues and provided for:
Septic Tank, Students & Teachers Toilet Blocks
Borehole, submersible pump, Overhead tank, drinking water taps
Platform at the entrance with Grill gates
Repairs to class rooms and chairs and tables for class I to class XII students
Lab equipment, Office Equipment, Electrical wiring and light fittings
Conducting Abacus Classes regularly
Milk Supply on a daily basis for Calcium Supplement to Students
Construction of Canteen Building for Mid-Day Meals Scheme

The Audio Visual Lab set up was made and was inaugurated by the Director of Education, Tamil Nadu Government.

Conducting special classes for 111 School Children from those appearing for class XII exams.
Providing breakfast and tiffin to students during Special Classes.
Katha On Ratha (KOR), a programme which enables the students to learn languages correctly in a playful way was implemented.
